Despite all of your best efforts to remain compliant there maybe a time when you come under the spotlight of the DVSA because of findings after a road side inspection, a site visit or the actions (or inactions) of one of your drivers. The outcome of those events may mean been called to a Public Inquiry by the Traffic Commissioner to answer questions of those findings and recognise what has gone wrong to present to them what you have put in place to ensure the same thing will not happen again.
This is situation must not be taken lightly and is important that it is taken seriously by acting immediately by seeking assistance by someone like ourselves or even legal representation if it is serious enough.

We have had experience of attending Public Inquiries and can work with you to put in place a plan of action to review your processes policies and systems with recommendations of corrective actions to be put in place immediately. If required we can work with you to respond to the Traffic Commissioner and if required appear with you at the Public Inquiry in order to demonstrate corrective actions and provide support to ensure future compliance.
